及康帝即位，將改元為建元，或謂庾冰曰：「子忘郭生之言邪？ When Emperor Kang ascended the throne and was about to change the era name to Jianyuan, someone said to Yu Bing: "Have you forgotten Master Guo's words?

冰撫心歎恨。 Yu Bing smote his breast in regret.

冰又令筮其後嗣，卦成，曰：「卿諸子並當貴盛，然有白龍者，凶徵至矣。 Yu Bing also had him divine his later heirs. When the hexagram was completed, Pu said: "Your sons will all be noble and flourishing, but if there is a white dragon, the ominous sign has arrived.

後冰子蘊為廣州刺史，妾房內忽有一新生白狗子，莫知所由來，其妾秘愛之，不令蘊知。 Later Yu Bing's son Yu Yun was inspector of Guangzhou. Inside a concubine's chamber there suddenly appeared a newborn white puppy; no one knew where it came from. The concubine secretly cherished it and did not let Yun know.
