十二年，瓜州刺史成慶為城人張保所殺，都督令狐延等起義逐保，啟請刺史。 In the twelfth year the inspector of Gua Province, Cheng Qing, was murdered by a townsman named Zhang Bao; area commander Linghu Yan and others rose up, expelled Bao, and asked the court for a new inspector.
