太宗淳化二年十一月，詔以十二月朔御文德殿入閣，令史館修撰楊徽之、張洎定為新儀。 In the eleventh month of the second year of Chunhua, Emperor Taizong decreed that on the first day of the twelfth month he would hold entering-the-pavilion court in the Wende Hall and ordered Academicians-Compiler Yang Huizhi and Zhang Bi to draft new regulations.
