八月戊子朔，以皇子開封尹、鄭王重貴為東京留守，以天平軍節度使兼侍衛親軍馬步軍副都指揮使杜重威為侍衛親軍馬步軍都指揮使，以宣徽南院使張從恩為東京內外兵馬都監。 On the new moon of the eighth month, Prince Chonggui of Zheng, Kaifeng prefect, was appointed Eastern Capital defender; Tianping commissioner and Palace Guard deputy commander Du Chongwei became Palace Guard commander; and Southern Palace Bureau attendant Zhang Cong'en was made overall military supervisor for the Eastern Capital.
