江南總督噶禮、江蘇巡撫張伯行互訐，命尚書張鵬翮、總督赫壽按治，議奪伯行官。 Jiangnan governor-general Gali and Jiangsu governor Zhang Boxing impeached each other. ministers Zhang Penghe and Governor-General Heshou were ordered to investigate. Boxing's office was proposed for stripping.

上復命廷樞與尚書穆和倫覆勘，如鵬翮等議。 The emperor again ordered Tingshu and minister Mu Helun to reinvestigate. they followed Penghe's recommendation.
