秦兵討夏國，張世矩將河外軍民，克行與俱。 When Qin forces campaigned against the Xia, Zhang Shiju commanded the army and civilians beyond the river, and Kexing marched with him.

廷議謂守臣難自行，詔克行選兵隸世矩。 The court decided that frontier commanders could not campaign on their own and ordered Kexing to detach troops under Zhang Shiju's command.
