右丞相僕散端為左丞相，進封兄郢王永功為譙王，御史大夫張行簡為太保。 Right Chancellor Pusan Duan became left chancellor; his elder brother Prince Yong of Ying, Yong Gong, was advanced to Prince of Qiao; and Censor-in-Chief Zhang Xingjian was made grand guardian.

太保張行簡、左丞相僕散端宿禁中議軍事。 Grand Preceptor Zhang Xingjian and Left Grand Councilor Pusan Duan stayed in the palace to discuss military affairs.

太子太保張行簡請用漢昌邑王、晉海西公故事，侍郎史完顏訛出等十人請降復王封。 Grand Preceptor Zhang Xingjian cited the precedents of the Han Prince of Changyi and the Jin Prince of Haixi; Vice Director Wanyan Echu and ten others asked for demotion with restoration of princely rank.
