賊臣趙伯符積怨含毒，遂縱姧凶，肆兵犯蹕，禍流儲宰，崇樹非類，傾墜皇基。
The traitor Zhao Bofu, nursing resentment and malice, unleashed treachery and villainy, wantonly raised troops against the imperial procession, brought disaster upon the heir and chief ministers, exalted unworthy men, and threatened to overturn the imperial foundation.
