六月,詔曰:「趙霖興修水利,能募被水艱食之民,凡役工二百七十八萬二千四百有奇,開一江、一港、四浦、五十八瀆,已見成績,進直徽猷閣,仍復所降兩官。」 In the sixth month an edict declared: "Zhao Lin undertook water conservancy, recruiting flood victims in distress. He mobilized over 2.782 million labor units, opening one river, one harbor, four creeks, and fifty-eight channels, with clear results. He is promoted to direct attendant of the Huiyou Pavilion and his two demoted ranks are restored."
