陳丞相等乃言陸生為太中大夫，往使尉他，令尉他去黃屋稱制，令比諸侯，皆如意旨。 Chancellor Chen and others recommended that Lu Jia be appointed Grand Palace Grandee and sent as envoy to Zhao Tuo, to order him to remove the imperial yellow canopy and cease issuing edicts, and to conduct himself as befitted a feudal lord. All was carried out according to the emperor's wishes.
