冬十一月辛酉，召督漕平江伯陳瑄、侍郎趙新等歲終至京議糧賦利弊。 In winter, the eleventh month, on xinyou, Chen Xuan, Earl of Pingjiang and supervisor of grain transport, Vice Minister Zhao Xin, and others were summoned to reach the capital by year's end and debate the merits of grain levies.
