秋七月，珪領兵破曹州，與金將鄭從宜連戰數晝夜，糧絕，援兵不至，軍無叛意，珪臨陣馬仆被擒。 In the seventh month Gui assaulted Caozhou and battled the Jin general Zheng Congyi for days on end. Food ran out and no relief came, yet his men did not waver. His horse collapsed in the fighting and he was taken.
