啟泰密與海澄公黃梧議拒守，會梧病，精忠复招鄭錦為助。 Qitai secretly planned resistance with Duke of Haicheng Huang Wu, but Wu fell ill. Jingzhong then recruited Zheng Jing as ally.

錦兵入，見置棺縱橫，皆垂淚。 When Zheng Jing's troops entered, they saw rows of coffins and wept.

啟泰子汝器，聞變，赴漳州迎喪，為鄭錦兵掠去。 Qitai's son Ruqi, hearing of the disaster, went to Zhangzhou to meet the funeral train and was seized by Zheng Jing's troops.
