秋七月辛卯朔，以武清軍節度使、知潭州軍府事周行逢為朗州大都督，充武平軍節度使，加檢校太尉、兼侍中。 On the first day of the seventh month Zhou Xingfeng was made Langzhou commander and Wuping governor, with the honorary ranks of Grand Preceptor and Palace Attendant.
