In the eighth year, on guimao day of the first spring month Wugu Dilie tribe detail-stable Yelü Chao and others memorialized victory on the northern border. Because the fighting had killed many, monks were fed at Nanjing and the Central Capital. On jiashen day the court went to Yuer Marsh. On renyin day dull fog lasted many days. On wuchen day there was famine that year; Wuan Prefecture rent and tax were remitted, and people in En, Yu, Shun, and Hui prefectures were relieved. On guimao day of the third month the relevant offices memorialized that more than three thousand people in Chun, Tai, and Ningjiang prefectures wished to become monks and nuns and receive full precepts; permission was granted. On jiazi day Xingzhong Prefecture was relieved. On jiaxu day Northern Court chancellor Yang Ji was enfeoffed Prince of Zhao; associate privy commissioner Yelü Guan was made Associate Administrator of Affairs and administrator of Southern Court privy affairs. On dingchou day Goryeo sent envoys with tribute. On jimao day of the seventh autumn month, in Qing Prefecture Jin Wen's eight generations lived together; an edict granted rank. On bingshen day hungry people in Rao Prefecture were relieved. On dingyou day the court visited Heiling. On dingwei day the imperial composition 《Five Eulogies on the Avatamsaka Sutra》 was shown to the ministers. In the intercalary month, on xinwei day, a bear was shot at Guyang Mountain. On gengchen day of the eighth month Prince of Huntong Commandery Hougu died; envoys were dispatched to offer sacrifice. On jiazi day of the ninth month the court halted at Ousi Marsh. On jichou day of the tenth winter month Associate Administrator of Affairs Yelü Guan forged an edict to build a private residence and was demoted to commoner. On guisi day Uighur came with tribute. On gengxu day of the eleventh month Zu Prefecture tax was remitted. On bingchen day heavy snow fell; the people were permitted to gather firewood in forbidden grounds. On dingmao day money was bestowed on poor households of Yanchang Palace. On wuchen day of the twelfth month Han mobile palace deployment director Yelü Zhongxi was enfeoffed Duke of Han; associate privy commissioner and Associate Administrator of Affairs Zhao Hui was dismissed as military commissioner of Wuding Army; associate privy commissioner Chai Dezi was made Associate Administrator of Affairs; Han mobile palace deputy deployment director Yelü Dabeinu was promoted deployment director; associate Southern Court privy commissioner Xiao Hanjianu was made administrator of Left yilibi affairs. On a ding day, because of the Kunning Festival, a general amnesty was proclaimed. On gengyin day one complete canon of Buddhist scriptures was bestowed on Goryeo.

In the ninth year, on dingwei day of the first spring month the court went to Shuang Marsh. On renchen day of the fourth summer month the court went to Wangguo Cliff. On jiachen day of the seventh autumn month the court hunted at Daxiong Mountain. On wushen day Wugu Dilie supreme commander memorialized that Eight Shilie Dilie people had killed their military commissioner and rebelled. On jiyou day an edict ordered Kui Wugu tribal troops to attack on separate routes. On bingyin day Nanjing memorialized locusts in Guiyi. In Lishui two counties locusts flew into Song territory; the remainder were eaten by wasps. On bingshen day of the eighth month Yelü Zhongxi was made Southern Court privy commissioner. On guimao day of the ninth month the court halted at Dulujin. In the tenth winter month the court visited Yin Mountain, then went to the Western Capital. On wuwu day of the eleventh month an edict ordered that places the court visited were exempt from rent for one year. On jiazi day Southern Court great king Helizhi retired. On xinwei day of the twelfth month Yelü Yixin, who administered Northern Court privy affairs, was made regent of the Central Capital; Southern Court palace commissioner Yelü Sala was made Southern Court great king. On renchen day Goryeo and Xia State both sent envoys with tribute.

In the tenth year, on yimao day of the first spring month the court went to Yuanyang Marsh. On guimao day of the second month rent and tax for Ping Prefecture households resuming cultivation were remitted. On wuzi day Zubu came with tribute. On jiazi day of the third month the court went to Tuogulie. Yelü Chao was made Northern Court great king. In the fourth summer month there was drought. On xinwei day, because Xi man Dalu's three generations lived together, office was granted to honor him. On bingyin day of the fifth month prisoners were reviewed. On wuchen day of the sixth month the Emperor personally set topics to test jinshi. On renshen day an edict ordered ministers and commoners to speak on gains and losses. On bingzi day at Yong'an Hall worthy and good men were tested. On bingchen day of the seventh autumn month the court went to autumn mountains. On guihai day the court paid respects at Qing Mausoleum. On dingmao day of the tenth winter month the court halted at Ousi Marsh. On dingchou day an edict ordered the relevant offices to promulgate the 《Records of the Grand Historian》 and 《Book of Han》. On wuwu day of the eleventh month Goryeo sent envoys with tribute. On xinsi day of the twelfth month the coming year was changed to Dikang and a general amnesty was proclaimed.

On dinghai day, because geese were obtained, hawk-mews commissioner Yelü Yangliu was promoted Minister of Works. On yisi day of the third month the crown prince was ordered to copy Buddhist books. On bingzi day of the fourth summer month famine in Ping Prefecture was relieved. On jiyou day the court went to Du Mountain; in the intercalary month, on bingwu day, famine in Ping and Luan prefectures was relieved. On gengxu day the imperial grandson Yanxi was born. On jiazi day of the fifth month rank was granted by degree to the consort's kin and Eastern Palace staff. On guisi day of the sixth month Xing Sheng Palace commissioner Xi Xiejianu was made to administer Xi Six Tribes great king affairs. On wuxu day Han Cao, who administered Three Departments affairs, because money and grain increased was appointed Three Departments commissioner. On guimao day envoys were dispatched to investigate prisoners in all routes. Tiyin Dabeinu was made military commissioner of Shiping Army; Associate Administrator of Affairs Chai Dezi military commissioner of Wuding Army. On yimao day Tibet came with tribute. In the tenth winter month Northwest Route chieftains Xiadá, Choudá, Shuanggu, and others came to surrender. On xinyou day of the eleventh month the Empress was slandered and ordered to die; The musicians Zhao Weiyi and Gao Changming were killed, and their families were registered and confiscated. On jiashen day an edict ordered Northern Court privy commissioner Prince of Wei Yelü Yixin's elder brother by the same mother Danu and younger brother by the same mother Asi to be hereditary in selection for Northern and Southern Court privy commissioner; his younger brothers by different mothers were hereditary in selection for yilibi. In the fourth year, on gengchen day of the first spring month the court went to spring waters. On jiawu day famine in the Eastern Capital was relieved. On yichou day of the second month the court halted at Saohuoye. On wuchen day Eastern Route supreme commander Yelü Wangjiu was made tiyin. On xinhai day of the fourth summer month Goryeo sent envoys begging grant of lands east of the Yalu River; permission was refused. On bingxu day of the fifth month the court halted at Sanshui Plain. On jiayin day of the sixth month Zubu tribal chiefs presented fine horses. On jiaxu day of the seventh autumn month all routes memorialized feeding three hundred sixty thousand monks and nuns. On guimao day of the eighth month an edict ordered the relevant offices to decide delayed cases. On yiwei day of the ninth month the court halted at Ousi Marsh. On gengzi day chieftains of the Five States came with tribute. On guimao day of the tenth winter month Associate Administrator of Affairs Liu Shen was made military commissioner of Baojing Army. On dinghai day of the eleventh month scholars and commoners were forbidden to wear brocade and silk with sun, moon, mountain, and dragon designs. On jichou day Uighur sent envoys with tribute. On gengyin day Southern Court privy commissioner Yelü Zhongxi was made military commissioner of Guangde Army. On xinmao day Jin Prefecture commoner Zhang Bao's four generations lived together; his sons were ordered attendants of the Third Class Court. On dingmao day of the twelfth month Northern Court associate privy commissioner Yelü Li was made to administer Northern Court privy affairs.
