三年春正月乙卯，如魚兒濼。 甲戌，出錢粟振南京貧民，仍復其租賦。 己卯，大雪。 二月丙戌，發粟振中京饑。 甲辰，以民多流散，除安泊逃戶征償法。 三月乙卯，高麗遣使來貢。 己未，免錦州貧民租一年。 甲戌，免上京貧民租如錦州。 庚辰，女直貢良馬。 夏四月戊子，賜中京貧民帛，及免諸路貢輸之半。 丙申，賜隈烏古部貧民帛。 庚子，如涼陘。 甲辰，南府宰相王績薨。 乙巳，詔出戶部司粟，振諸路流民及義州之饑。 五月庚申，海雲寺進濟民錢千萬。 秋七月丙辰，獵黑嶺。 丁巳，出雜帛賜興聖宮貧民。 庚午，大雨，罷獵。 丁，秦越國王阿璉薨。 九月乙亥，駐蹕匣魯金。 冬十月庚辰，以參知政事王經為三司使。 壬辰，罷節度使已下官進珍玩。 癸卯，追封秦越國王阿璉為秦魏國王。 十一月甲寅，以惕隱耶律坦同知南京留守事，遼興軍節度使耶律王九為南府宰相。 十二月己卯朔，以樞密直學士呂嗣立參知政事。
In the third year, on yimao day of the first spring month the court went to Yuer Marsh. On jiaxu day money and grain were issued to relieve poor people in Nanjing, and their rent and tax were also remitted. On jimao day heavy snow fell. On bingxu day of the second month grain was issued to relieve famine in the Central Capital. On jiachen day, because many people had drifted away, the law on collecting compensation from escaped households at Anbo was abolished. On yimao day of the third month Goryeo sent envoys with tribute. On jiwei day rent for poor people in Jin Prefecture was remitted for one year. On jiaxu day rent for poor people at the Supreme Capital was remitted as at Jin Prefecture. On gengchen day Jurchen presented fine horses. On wuzi day of the fourth summer month silk was bestowed on poor people in the Central Capital, and half of tribute deliveries in all routes were remitted. On bingshen day silk was bestowed on poor people of the Kui Wugu tribe. On gengzi day the court went to Liang Pass. On jiachen day Southern Court chancellor Wang Ji died. On yisi day an edict ordered Household Department grain issued to relieve refugees in all routes and famine in Yi Prefecture. On gengshen day of the fifth month Haiyun Temple presented ten million cash to aid the people. On bingchen day of the seventh autumn month the court hunted at Heiling. On dingsi day miscellaneous silks were issued to relieve poor people of Xing Sheng Palace. On gengwu day heavy rain fell and hunting was stopped. On a ding day Prince of Qin and Yue Alian died. On yihai day of the ninth month the court halted at Xialujin. On gengchen day of the tenth winter month Associate Administrator of Affairs Wang Jing was made Three Departments commissioner. On renchen day military commissioners and officials below were forbidden from presenting curios. On guimao day Prince of Qin and Yue Alian was posthumously enfeoffed Prince of Qin and Wei. On jiayin day of the eleventh month tiyin Yelü Tan was made associate regent of Nanjing; Liaoxing Army military commissioner Yelü Wangjiu was made Southern Court chancellor. On the jimao new moon of the twelfth month Privy Council academician Lü Sili was made Associate Administrator of Affairs.

In the fourth year, on gengxu day of the first spring month the court went to the Huntong River. On jiayin day Venus was seen in daytime. On jiazi day chieftains of the Five States came with tribute. On gengwu day rent and tax for fugitives and poor households at the Supreme Capital were remitted. On jiaxu day, because the Supreme and Nanjing capitals had famine, commoners were permitted to sell themselves. On dingchou day a partial amnesty was granted for convict laborers at the Western Capital. On jichou day of the second month the court went to Yuer Marsh. On jiawu day a partial amnesty was granted for convict laborers at Chun Prefecture; those sentenced for life were all remitted after five years. On jihai day the court went to Chun Prefecture. Amnesty was granted for convict laborers at Tai Prefecture. On jichou day of the third month Goryeo's yearly tribute was remitted. On jisi day famine at the Supreme Capital and Ping, Jin, and Lai prefectures was relieved. On jimao day of the fourth summer month poor people in Su, Ji, Fu, Lu, and Tie prefectures were relieved and their rent and tax was remitted. On jiashen day poor people in Qing Prefecture were relieved. On yiyou day regular tribute of imperial goods in all routes was reduced. On dingyou day the law on entering grain to obtain office was established. On guimao day the court traveled west. Privy Council academician Yelü Yan was summoned to lecture on the 《Hongfan》 chapter of the 《Book of Documents》. On xinhai day of the fifth month Prince of Yan Yanxi was ordered to copy the 《Five Sons' Songs》 from the 《Book of Documents》. On yimao day poor people in Zu Prefecture were relieved. On dingsi day an edict remitted convict labor; those sentenced for life were remitted after five years. On jiwei day poor people in Chun Prefecture were relieved. On bingyin day diverting water privately to encroach on fields was forbidden. On gengchen day of the sixth month the court halted at Sanshui Plain. On jichou day Yelü Asi, who administered Northern Court privy affairs, was enfeoffed Prince of Qishui Commandery. On guisi day Yishi great king Yelü Dilie was made to administer Northwest Route pacification affairs; acting Northwest Route pacification commissioner Xiao Xiuge was made administrator of Yishi great king affairs. On renyin day an edict ordered tribal chiefs in all tribes to judge lawsuits in person. On gengshen day of the eleventh month Xingzhong Prefecture commoner Zhang Huafa, because his father and elder brother had committed robbery for which he should stand punishment, begged to substitute; all were pardoned. On wuyin day of the twelfth month Southern Court chancellor Yelü Wangjiu retired. On guimao day Mengfu detail-stable Yelü Shensi was made regent of the Central Capital. On the guimao new moon of the intercalary twelfth month New Year's rites were performed in advance. On bingwu day the court went to the Huntong River.

In the fifth year, on guimao day of the first spring month the court went to Yuer Marsh. On jiawu day Goryeo sent envoys with tribute. On guiyou day of the third month an edict ordered Jizhou and Dading prefectures to select examination candidates carefully and report them; scholars were also instructed to exhaust the classics and clarify the Way. On jiachen day of the fourth summer month Niege, who administered Xi Six Tribes great king affairs, was made great king of that tribe. On renzi day the court hunted at North Mountain. On jiazi day continuous rain fell and hunting was stopped. On dinghai day of the fifth month the court halted at Chile Ridge. On jichou day Zubu Mogusi was made chief of all tribes. On guisi day Uighur sent envoys presenting fine horses. On jihai day associate Southern Court privy commissioner Yelü Naye was made administrator of Right yilibi affairs; Left attendant langjun class detail-stable Yelü Nieli was made administrator of Northern Court great king affairs. On jiayin day of the sixth month Xia State sent envoys to thank for the investiture. On renxu day Associate Administrator of Affairs Wang Yanfu was made associate privy commissioner; former associate privy commissioner Jia Shixun was made Associate Administrator of Affairs and associate administrator of Privy Council affairs. On gengwu day of the seventh autumn month the court hunted at Shaling. On xinmao day of the ninth month envoys were dispatched to present dried venison to Song. On renchen day the court halted at Ousi Marsh. On yisi day of the tenth winter month, because the newly fixed laws were too numerous, the old laws were restored. On gengshen day Liaoxing Army military commissioner Hege was made Yishi great king. On the dingmao new moon of the eleventh month Prince of Yan Yanxi had a son; a general amnesty was proclaimed; the consort's kin advanced in rank by degree.

In the sixth year, in the first spring month the court went to the Huntong River. On xinchou day of the second month the court halted at Shuang Mountain. On xinwei day of the third month Jurchen sent envoys with tribute. On dingyou day of the fourth summer month Northeast Route supreme commander's office established judicial officials. On gengzi day associate Southern Court privy commissioner Yelü Tuduo was made administrator of Left yilibi affairs. On renchen day of the fifth month the court halted at Sanshui Plain. On jiachen day of the sixth month envoys were dispatched to decide prisoners in the Five Capitals. On bingzi day of the seventh autumn month the court went to Heiling. On dingyou day of the tenth winter month the court halted at Ousi Marsh. On renxu day of the eleventh month Goryeo sent envoys with tribute. On jisi day Southern Court chancellor Dou Jingyong was made military commissioner of Wuding Army. That year the jinshi Wen Chong and seventy-two others were passed.

On bingxu day of the fourth summer month Han mobile palace deputy deployment director Yelü Guyu was made administrator of Yishi great king affairs. On the jiwei new moon of the fifth month there was a solar eclipse. On jiawu day of the sixth month the court halted at Chile Ridge. On jihai day people of Daotaoling presented an ancient tripod with an inscription reading: "Ten thousand years—forever a treasure in use. On xinchou day Uighur sent envoys with tribute goods. On guimao day acting Eastern Capital regent Xiao Taowei was made Khitan mobile palace deployment director. On dingwei day Duan Gong Hall gate caught fire. On the wuwu new moon of the seventh month Uighur sent envoys with exotic goods; they were not accepted; generous gifts were bestowed and they were sent away. On gengyin day of the eighth month, because of continuous rain, hunting was stopped. On renyin day the court visited Qing Prefecture and paid respects at Qing Mausoleum. On bingshen day of the ninth month the court returned to the Supreme Capital. On jihai day Japan sent Zheng Yuan, Zheng Xin, monk Yingfan, and twenty-eight others with tribute. On xinsi day of the tenth winter month Prince of Yan Yanxi was ordered grand marshal of all armies and horses under Heaven and head of Northern and Southern Privy Council affairs. On gengzi day of the eleventh month the court went to Ousi Marsh. On jiazi day distant sacrifice was performed at Muye Mountain.

On jiachen day of the fifth month the court halted at Chile Ridge. On yichou day of the sixth month Xia State was invaded by Song and sent envoys begging aid. On dinghai day of the seventh autumn month the court hunted at Shaling. On yisi day of the ninth month the court halted at Ousi Marsh. On dingwei day Japan sent envoys with tribute. On the gengxu new moon of the tenth winter month envoys were dispatched to present dried venison to Song. On bingchen day famine in the Northwest Route was relieved. On xinyou day Zubu Mogusi killed Defender of the Golden Crow Tugusi and rebelled; Xi Six Tribes Tulie Yelü Guosan was dispatched to lead various tribal troops against him. On renshen day Southern Court chancellor Wang Jing died. On wuyin day Left yilibi Yelü Nieli was made military commissioner of Zhangsheng Army. On wuzi day of the eleventh month associate privy commissioner Wang Shidun was also made administrator of Privy Council affairs; acting Associate Administrator of Affairs Han Zirang was made Associate Administrator of Affairs; Han mobile palace deployment director Xi Huilibao was made administrator of Xi Six Tribes great king affairs. On dingyou day Tong Prefecture flooding harmed the crops; envoys were dispatched to relieve. On wushen day Northern Court great king Helu died. That year the jinshi Guan Zunwen and fifty-three others were passed.

In the ninth year, on gengchen day of the first spring month the court went to the Huntong River. In the second month Mogusi came to invade. In the third month Northwest Route pacification commissioner Yelü Arusaguo pursued Mogusi back; inspector-general Xiao Zhangjiu encountered the bandits and fighting was unfavorable. Armies of Two Shiwei, Zhaila, Northern Princes' Palace, Teman herd guards, palace divisions, and others were largely lost. On yimao day of the fourth summer month sweet dew fell at Xingzhong Prefecture; envoys were dispatched to sacrifice to Buddha and feed monks. On guiyou day the court hunted at Western Mountain. On the dingwei new moon of the sixth month the court halted at Sanshui Plain. On gengshen day Liaoxing Army military commissioner Rongge was made Southern Court great king; Yelü Tuduo, who administered Left yilibi affairs, was made Left yilibi. On xinmao day of the seventh autumn month the court went to Heiling. On renyin day envoys were dispatched to bestow sheep on Goryeo. On guimao day of the ninth month poor people in the Northwest Route were relieved. On gengxu day of the tenth winter month the relevant offices memorialized that Mogusi feigned surrender to Northwest Route pacification commissioner Yelü Tabuye, then seized an opening to attack; Tabuye died in the fight. Zubu Wugu Zha rebelled; Daridi and Basimu also raided Daotaoling. On renzi day envoys were dispatched to register troops in all routes. On guichou day Southern Court great king Temo was made associate regent of Nanjing; Zhengjianu was ordered to lead troops to aid Daotaoling. On jiayin day the court halted at Ousi Marsh; Left yilibi Yelü Tuduo and hunting-grounds director Saba were both made Northwest Route campaign inspector-generals. On yimao day an edict ordered three thousand horses given to the Wugu tribe. On bingchen day the relevant offices memorialized that Zubu chief Zhuadi plundered Western Route herd guards. On dingsi day poor people in the Northwest Route were relieved. On jiwei day Prince of Yan Yanxi had a son; a general amnesty was proclaimed; the consort's kin were all advanced in rank. On renxu day Privy Council academician Zhao Tingmu was made Associate Administrator of Affairs and associate Southern Court privy commissioner. On guihai day Wugu Dilie supreme commander Xiao Xiuge memorialized victory over Zubu and other tribes. On jiazi day Song sent envoys to announce mourning for Empress Dowager Cao; envoys were immediately dispatched to offer condolences. On jisi day an edict ordered great stores accumulated to prepare for flood and drought. On xinsi day of the eleventh month Temo and others memorialized victory over Zubu. On bingchen day of the twelfth month Song sent envoys presenting the late empress dowager's bequeathed goods.
