本衛大夫碏、漢丞相奮之後，漢衰，關輔亂，子孫流泛西裔，故有居甘州者焉。 He was descended from Qi, grandee of Wei, and Fen, chancellor of Han. When the Han dynasty waned and the Guanzhong region was thrown into chaos, his forebears scattered toward the western marches, and some of the family eventually settled in Ganzhou.
