七年，入覲，宣宗嘉其治台灣匪亂悉合機宜，迅速蕆功，賜其子慧翼官主事。 In the seventh year (1827) he came to the capital for audience; the Daoguang Emperor praised his handling of the Taiwan disturbances as entirely apt and swiftly concluded, and granted his son Huiyi the rank of principal secretary.
