五月，正陽萬戶劉復亨言：「新下江南三十餘城，俱守以兵，及江北、淮南、潤、揚等處未降，軍力分散，調度不給，以致鎮巢軍、滁州兩處復叛。 In the fifth month, Liu Fuheng, the Zhengyang commander of ten thousand households, reported: "Over thirty newly taken Jiangnan cities are all under garrison. With north-of-the-River, Huainan, Runzhou, and Yangzhou not yet surrendered, our forces are spread thin and supplies cannot keep pace, and Zhenchao Army and Chuzhou have rebelled again.
