十一月，征南將軍穆佔复貴陽，收遺骸，以死狀聞，贈太子太師、兵部尚書，諡忠毅。 In the eleventh month Southern Expedition General Mu Zhan recovered Guiyang, gathered Honglie's remains, and reported his death. Honglie was posthumously made Grand Preceptor to the Heir Apparent and Minister of War, with the posthumous name Zhongyi.

十六年，命與將軍穆佔率荊州滿洲兵自岳州下長沙，克茶陵。 In Kangxi 16 (1677) he and General Muzhan led Jingzhou Manchu troops from Yuezhou toward Changsha and captured Chaling.

十七年，穆佔師進克郴州、永興諸處，駐師郴州，而令宜里布守永興。 In Kangxi 17 (1678) Muzhan captured Chenzhou and Yongxing and camped at Chenzhou while Yi Li Bu held Yongxing.

旋命赴湖南，與將軍穆佔會師駐郴州。 He was soon ordered to Hunan to join General Muzhan at Chenzhou.

三桂將馬寶、胡國柱攻永興急，穆佔令哈克三率師赴援，與都統宜里布力戰，同歿於陣。 Ma Bao and Hu Guozhu pressed Yongxing hard. Muzhan sent Hake San to relieve the city; he and Commander Yi Li Bu fought fiercely and fell together.

從將軍穆佔移師湖廣。 He followed General Muzhan when the army moved to Huguang.
