汴受圍數月，倉庫匱乏，召武仙等入援不至，哀宗懼，以曹王訛可出質，請罷攻。 Kaifeng had been under siege for months, and the granaries were empty. Wuxian and others were called to relieve the city but never came. In fear, Emperor Aizong offered Prince Cao, Eke, as a hostage and asked that the assault be halted.

金參政完顏思烈、恆山公武仙救南京，諸軍與戰，敗之。 The Jin cavalier-attendant Wanyan Silie and Duke Wu Xian of Hengshan came to relieve Nanjing; the Mongol armies fought them and won.

十二月，諸軍與宋兵合攻蔡，敗武仙於息州，金人以海、沂、萊、濰等州降。 In the twelfth month the allied armies and Song forces jointly attacked Cai; Wu Xian was defeated at Xizhou; and Jin surrendered Haizhou, Yizhou, Laizhou, Weizhou, and other prefectures.
