三月庚寅，封皇孫延禧為梁王，忠順軍節度使耶律頗德南院大王，耶律仲禧南院樞密使，戶部使陳毅參知政事。 On gengyin day of the third month imperial grandson Yanxi was enfeoffed Prince of Liang; Zhongshun Army military commissioner Yelü Pode was made Southern Court great king; Yelü Zhongxi Southern Court privy commissioner; Household Commissioner Chen Yi Associate Administrator of Affairs.

壬申，以耶律頗德為南府宰相兼知北院樞密使，燕哥為惕隱，蕭撻不也兼知契丹行宮都部署事。 On renshen day Yelü Pode was made Southern Court chancellor and also administrator of Northern Court privy affairs; Yange tiyin; Xiao Tabuye also administrator of Khitan mobile palace deployment affairs.
