己亥，以北院大王耶律室魯為北院樞密使，封韓王，北院郎君耶律世良為北院大王，前三司使劉慎行參知政事兼知南院樞密使事。 On jihai day Northern Chancellery Great King Yelü Shilu was appointed Northern Privy Commissioner and enfeoffed King of Han; Northern Chancellery langjun Yelü Shiliang was made Northern Chancellery Great King; and former Three Departments commissioner Liu Shenxing was appointed associate administrative affairs commissioner and concurrent Southern Privy Commissioner.

十二月甲子，以北院大王耶律世良為北院樞密使，封岐王。 On jiazi day of the twelfth month Northern Court Great King Yelü Shiliang was made Northern Court Privy Council Commissioner and enfeoffed as King of Qi.

三月庚子，遣耶律世良城招州。 On gengzi day of the third month Yelü Shiliang was sent to fortify Zhao Prefecture.

壬子，耶律世良遣使獻敵烈俘。 On renzi day Yelü Shiliang sent envoys presenting Dilie captives.

丙戌，詔耶律世良再伐迪烈得。 On bingxu day an edict ordered Yelü Shiliang to campaign again against the Dilie.

丙寅，耶律世良等上破阻卜俘獲數。 On bingyin day Yelü Shiliang and others reported the count of captives taken in defeating the Zubu.

壬申，耶律世良討烏古，破之。 On renshen day Yelü Shiliang attacked the Wugu and defeated them.

世良討迪烈得至清泥堝。 Shiliang pursued the Dilie De as far as Qingni Gorge.

世良懲創，既破迪烈得，輒殲其丁壯。 As punishment Shiliang, once he had broken the Dilie De, slaughtered their adult males.

翌日，遼後軍至，勃括誘於厥之眾皆遁，世良追之，軍至險厄。 The next day Liao reinforcements arrived; Bokuo had incited the Yujue to scatter, and Shiliang pursued them into dangerous country.

勃括方阻險少休，遼軍偵知其所，世良不亟掩之，勃括輕騎遁去。 Bokuo had halted in a defile to rest; scouts found him, but Shiliang failed to strike quickly and Bokuo fled on fast horses.

五月辛巳，命北府宰相劉晟為都統，樞密使耶律世良為副，殿前都點檢蕭屈烈為都監以伐高麗。 On xinsi day of the fifth month Liu Sheng was appointed commander-in-chief, Yelü Shiliang deputy commander, and Xiao Qulie supervisory commander for a campaign against Goryeo.

以世良、屈烈總兵進討。 Shiliang and Qulie were given overall command and marched to attack.

庚戌，耶律世良、蕭屈烈與高麗戰於郭州西，破之，斬首數萬級，盡獲其輜重。 On gengxu day Yelü Shiliang and Xiao Qulie fought Goryeo west of Guo Prefecture, broke them, took tens of thousands of heads, and seized all their baggage.

乙卯，師次南海軍，耶律世良薨於軍。 On yimao day the army reached Nanhai Army and Yelü Shiliang died in camp.

耶律化哥耶律斡臘耶律速撒蕭阿魯帶耶律那也耶律何魯掃古耶律世良 Yelu Huage, Yelu Wola, Yelu Susa, Xiao Aludai, Yelu Naye, Yelu Helusaogu, and Yelu Shiliang.

耶律世良，小字斡，六院部人。 Yelu Shiliang, known in youth as Wo, came from the Six Yuan Division.

德讓曰：「世良可。」 Derang answered, "Shiliang will do."

北院大王耶律室魯復問北院之選，德讓曰：「無出世良。」 The northern great king Yelu Shilu asked again who should lead the northern court; Derang said, "No one stands above Shiliang."

時邊部拒命，詔北院樞密使耶律化哥將兵，以世良為都監，往禦之。 When frontier tribes defied orders, the court ordered the northern privy council director Yelu Huage to take the field, with Shiliang as chief overseer, to repel them.

明年，化哥還，將罷兵，世良上書曰：「化哥以為無事而還，不思師老糧乏，敵人已去，焉能久守？ The following year Huage returned and was about to disband the army; Shiliang memorialized, "Huage thinks all is well and comes home, heedless of our weary troops and empty stores; the enemy has only withdrawn—how can they be held at bay for long?

帝即命化哥益兵，與世良追之。 The emperor at once ordered Huage to add troops and pursue with Shiliang.

以功王岐，拜北院樞密使。 For his service he was enfeoffed as prince of Qi and appointed northern privy council director.

世良率兵壓境，遣人招之，降數部，各復故地。 Shiliang marched to the border, sent envoys to win them over, and several tribes submitted and were restored to their former lands.

都統劉慎行逗留失期，執還京師，世良獨進兵。 The commander-in-chief Liu Shenxing lingered and missed the rendezvous; he was arrested and sent back to the capital, and Shiliang pressed forward alone.
