襄陽府來附，以遊顯領襄陽、樊城事。 Xiangyang Prefecture submitted, and You Xian was put in charge of Xiangyang and Fancheng.

夏，襄陽別將劉義叛，執遊顯等降宋。 That summer Liu Yi, deputy commander at Xiangyang, rebelled, seized You Xian and his colleagues, and defected to the Song.

遊顯宣撫大名，嘗為諸路總管求虎符宣麻，澄至中書辭曰：「皇上不識譚澄耶？ You Xian, Pacification Commissioner of Daming, had once sought tiger tallies and imperial appointment edicts on behalf of circuit administrators. When Cheng came to the Central Secretariat to decline, he said: "Does His Majesty not already know Tan Cheng?

乃為顯所舉！」 And yet you would have me promoted on You Xian's recommendation!"
