福仕為濟南路軍民鎮撫兵鈐轄，權府事，生東昌錄事判官鐸，鐸生四川行省儒學副提舉範，範生起岩。 Fu held the posts of Jinan circuit military and civil pacification commissioner and troop controller, with acting charge of prefectural affairs. His son Duo became recorder-administrator of Dongchang; Duo's son Fan became associate director of the Sichuan branch secretariat Confucian school; Fan was Qiyan's father.
