太祖手敕鄭仁誨曰：「切慮德妃以朕至兗州行營，津置內人承侍。 The Emperor wrote in his own hand to Zheng Renhui: "I am concerned that the Virtuous Consort, learning that I have reached the Yanzhou field headquarters, will arrange for inner attendants to come and serve me.

緣諸軍在野，不可自安，令鄭仁誨專心體候。 With the armies in the field I cannot be at ease about such arrangements. Let Zheng Renhui attend to her with your full attention.

太祖登極之初，務存謙抑，潛龍將佐未甚進用，其後鄭仁誨、李重進、向訓等稍遷要職，峻心忌之，至是求退，蓋偵太祖之意也。 Early in Guo Wei's reign he had kept his former companions in check and advanced them slowly. Later Zheng Renhui, Li Chongjin, Xiang Xun, and others were gradually promoted to high office. Jun resented it. His request to retire was largely a probe of the emperor's mind.

戊辰，內客省使鄭仁誨為樞密副使，翟光鄴罷。 On wuchen Zheng Renhui of the palace guest office became Vice Privy Commissioner, and Zhai Guangye was removed.

夏五月庚申，東征，李穀留守東都，鄭仁誨為大內都點檢。 On gengshen in the fifth month the emperor marched east. Li Gu stayed as regent at Luoyang; Zheng Renhui was named chief inspector of the inner palace.

丙戌，鄭仁誨罷。 On bingxu day, Zheng Renhui was dismissed from office.
