乃舉兵親征渤海大諲譔。 At once he marshaled his host and marched in person against Da Yinzhuan of Bohai.

己巳，諲譔請降。 On jisi day Da Yinzhuan asked to submit.

辛未，諲譔素服，稿索牽羊，率僚屬三百餘人出降。 On xinwei day Da Yinzhuan appeared in white mourning dress, with a grass cord about his neck and a sheep in hand, and led more than three hundred officials and followers out to surrender.

丁丑，諲譔復叛，攻其城，破之。 On dingchou day Da Yinzhuan rose again, attacked the city, and broke it open.

諲譔請罪馬前。 Da Yinzhuan pleaded for pardon before the imperial mount.

詔以兵衛諲譔及族屬以出。 He decreed that armed guards should convoy Da Yinzhuan and his kinsmen out of the city.

乙酉，班師，以大諲譔舉族行。 On yiyou day the host turned homeward, with Da Yinzhuan leading his whole clan on the road.

辛未，衛送大諲譔於皇都西，築城以居之。 On xinwei day Da Yinzhuan was convoyed to a site west of the capital and walled a town for his household.

賜諲譔名曰烏魯古，妻曰阿里只。 The captive king was granted the name Ulugu; his consort was styled Aliji.
