He knew Consort Zhao Feiyi killed the imperial sons yet did not immediately report it; instead he colluded with the Zhao clan, acted willfully and recklessly, slandered the former Empress Xu, imposed wrongful charges, exterminated the Xu clan, and ruined the outer kin of Emperor Yuan.
