覺羅寶興宗室敬徵宗室禧恩陳官俊卓秉恬 Jueluo Baoxing, the imperial clansmen Jingzheng and Xi'en, Chen Guanjun, and Zhuo Bingtian

卓秉恬，字靜遠，四川華陽人。 Zhuo Bingtian (style name Jingyuan) was from Huayang, Sichuan.

咸豐五年，卒，年七十四，贈太子太保，諡文端。 He died in Xianfeng 5 (1855) at seventy-four, posthumously made Grand Guardian with the title Wenduan.

秉恬兼管京尹最久，凡十有八年。 Bingtian ran the capital prefecture longer than anyone—eighteen years in all.

秉恬在列，時有辯論，不為用事者所喜。 Bingtian often spoke up in debate, which displeased the power holders.

卓秉恬以言官進，視緘默自安者稍表異焉。 Zhuo Bingtian, who entered as a memorializing censor, stood somewhat apart from officials who kept quiet to stay safe.

大學士卓秉恬薦之，命繕進圖說，偕郎中文康、徐有壬赴天津，監造地雷、火機等器，試之皆驗。 Grand Secretary Zhuo Bingtian recommended him to the throne. He was ordered to prepare illustrated specifications and, together with the bureau directors Wen Kang and Xu Youren, went to Tianjin to oversee the production of land mines, ignition devices, and other weapons—all of which passed trial.
