乙巳，以皇太叔重元為天下兵馬大元帥，徙封趙國王查葛為魏國王、魯國王和魯斡為宋國王、陳國王阿璉為秦國王，吳王涅魯古進封楚國王，百官進遷有差。 On yisi day the imperial uncle Chongyuan was made grand marshal of all armies and horses under Heaven; Prince of Zhao Chage was transferred to Prince of Wei, Prince of Lu Heluwo to Prince of Song, Prince of Chen Alian to Prince of Qin, Prince of Wu Nielugu advanced to Prince of Chu; officials were promoted and transferred by degree.

戊午，皇太叔重元與其子楚國王涅魯古及陳國王陳六、同知北院樞密使事蕭胡睹、衛王貼不、林牙涅剌溥古、統軍使蕭叠裏得、駙馬都尉參及弟術者、圖骨、旗鼓拽剌詳穩耶律郭九、文班太保奚叔、內藏提點烏骨、護衛左太保敵不古、按答、副宮使韓家奴、寶神奴等凡四百人，誘脅弩手軍犯行宮。 On wuwu day the imperial uncle Chongyuan with his son Prince of Chu Nielugu, Prince of Chen Chenliu, associate Northern Court privy commissioner Xiao Hudu, Prince of Wei Tiebu, linya Nielu Pugu, supreme commander Xiao Dielide, imperial son-in-law Can and his younger brother Muzhe, Tugu, drum-and-banner zhala detail-stable Yelü Guojiu, civil-class grand guardian Xi Shu, inner treasury intendant Wugu, Defender of the Left grand guardian Dibugu, Andada, deputy palace commissioner Han Jianu, Baoshennu, and others totaling four hundred men coerced crossbow troops to attack the mobile palace.

時北、南院樞密官涅魯古、蕭胡睹等忌之，請以仁先為西北路招討使。 At that time the Secretariat officials Nielugu and Xiao Huzhu of the Northern and Southern courts envied him and asked that Renxian be appointed Pacification Commissioner of the Northwest Circuit.

涅魯古中矢墮馬，擒之，重元被傷而退。 Nielugu was struck by an arrow, fell from his horse, and was captured. Chongyuan was wounded and withdrew.

良聞重元與子涅魯古謀亂，以帝篤於親愛，不敢遽奏，密言於皇太后。 Liang heard that Chongyuan and his son Nielugu were plotting rebellion. Because the emperor was deeply devoted to his kin, he did not dare report it at once and spoke secretly to the Empress Dowager.

如召涅魯古不來，可卜其事。」 If Nielugu is summoned and does not come, that will prove the matter."

使者及門，涅魯古意欲害之，羈於帳下。 When the envoy reached the gate, Nielugu intended to kill him and detained him in the tent.

重元之亂，推鋒力戰，斬涅魯古首以獻，論功封漢王。 During Chongyuan's rebellion he led the van and fought hard, beheaded Nielugu and presented the head, and for his merit was enfeoffed as Prince of Han.

重元之亂，與護衛蘇射殺涅魯古，賜號靖亂功臣，徙契丹行宮都部署。 During Chongyuan's rebellion he and the guard Su shot and killed Nielugu, was granted the title Meritorious in Quelling Disorder, and was transferred to Garrison Commander of the Khitan Traveling Palace.

良以反謀白太后，韓家奴以逆順降奚人，德與阿思殺涅魯古，皆有討賊之力焉。 Liang reported the plot of rebellion to the Empress Dowager; Hanjianu, by distinguishing loyalty from rebellion, caused the Xi to submit; Xiao De and Yelu Asi killed Nielugu — all contributed force to the suppression of the rebels.
