十一年,詔求直言,祖廕念車駕還都,首斥奸佞,綱紀一新,為上勤聖學、求人才、整軍務、裕倉儲四事。 In the eleventh year an edict called for frank criticism; mindful that the court was returning to the capital, Zuyin urged first rooting out corrupt ministers so that discipline might be restored, and he presented four priorities for the emperor: diligent pursuit of learning, recruitment of talent, reform of military affairs, and replenishment of the granaries.
