時張全義留守、天下兵馬副元帥、河南尹、判六軍諸衛事、守太尉、中書令、魏王，名位之重，冠絕中外。 Zhang Quanyi then held the posts of protector-general, deputy commander-in-chief of all forces, prefect of Henan, controller of the six armies and all guards, acting grand preceptor, grand secretariat director, and Prince of Wei — titles whose weight surpassed every other figure at court or in the provinces.

先是，梁時張全義專製京畿，河南、洛陽僚佐，皆由其門下，事全義如廝仆。 Under Liang, Zhang Quanyi had monopolized the capital region; staff in Henan and Luoyang all entered through his patronage and served him like bond servants.

及貫授命，持本朝事體，奉全義稍慢，部民為府司庇護者，必奏正之。 Once Guan took office he upheld the proper forms of the new dynasty, treated Quanyi with less deference, and whenever locals were shielded by Quanyi's staff he reported them to the throne.

張繼祚，故齊王全義之子也。 Zhang Jizuo was a son of the former prince of Qi, Quanyi.

始為河南府衙內指揮使，全義卒，除金吾將軍，旋授蔡州刺史，累官至檢校太保。 He began as commander of the Henan prefectural guard. After Quanyi's death he was made a general of the golden crow guard, soon received appointment as prefect of Cai, and eventually rose to honorary grand guardian.

及敗，宰臣桑維翰以父珙早事齊王，奏欲雪之，高祖不允， After the defeat, chief minister Sang Weihan—whose father Gong had long served the prince of Qi—memorialized to clear the family's name, but Gaozu refused,
