丙寅，命惕隱安端、前北府宰相蕭阿古只等將萬騎為先鋒，遇諲譔老相兵，破之。 On bingyin day he sent tixin Anduan, former Northern Chancellor Xiao Aguzhi, and others ahead with ten thousand horsemen; they met the forces of Da Yinzhuan's veteran minister and routed them.

己巳，安邊、頡、定理三府叛，遣安端討之。 On jisi day Anbian, Xie, and Dingli rose in revolt, and he sent Anduan to put them down.

壬午，安端獻俘，誅安邊府叛帥二人。 On renwu day Anduan brought in prisoners and beheaded the two rebel leaders of Anbian Prefecture.

剌葛、安端之亂，太祖既貸其死而復用之，非人君之度乎？ In the rebellions of Lage and Anduan, Taizu spared them and then put them back in office—was that truly the measure of a prince?

六月甲寅朔，次南京，五院夷離堇安端、詳穩劉哥遣人馳報，請為前鋒； On the jiayin new moon of the sixth month he reached the Southern Capital; Five Courts yilijin Anduan and xiangwen Liu Ge sent riders in haste to offer themselves as vanguard.

以安端主東丹國，封明王，察割為泰寧王，劉哥為惕隱，高勛為南院樞密使。 Anduan was set to rule the Dongdan state and enfeoffed as Prince of Ming; Chage was made Prince of Taining; Liu Ge was made tiyin; and Gao Xun was made Southern Palace Commissioner.

夫自太祖之世，剌葛、安端首倡禍亂，太祖既不之誅，又復用之，固為有君人之量，然惟太祖之才足以駕馭，庶乎其可也。 From Taizu's reign Cige and Anduan were the first to stir rebellion; Taizu neither executed them outright nor cast them off permanently, which showed true magnanimity as a ruler—yet only Taizu's ability could keep them in hand, and even that was barely enough.

When the empress dowager heard of this she was furious and sent the prince Li Hu with an army to oppose them; at Taidede Spring he met Anduan, Liuge, and their forces, was defeated, and withdrew.
